How Our Fees Work
Rewis & Yoder will advance for your appraisal, filing fees, legal fees, and expert fees while litigating your appeal. These costs will not be reimbursed unless Rewis & Yoder, P.C. is successful in obtaining a tax savings on your behalf. Our earnings are calculated and collected AFTER you have won your appeal and are advised of your annual tax savings. Our fees are calculated at 50% of your annual tax savings for each tax year in question.

This level of savings will continue indefinitely until either a countywide re-assessment is performed, an appeal by a taxing authority is filed (and is successful), or a millage adjustment occurs which creates a tax increase.
